Organisational Psychology

Some time ago I was working in agencies which genuinely were trying to help people - but were often failing because of organisational problems, so I did the M.Sc in Occupational Psychology at Birkbeck College, University of London in the hope of finding solutions to those problems - only to discover there are no simple solutions but it started my on a journey in which I have worked within organisations and as a consultant to organisations (mostly not-for-profit) in which I have learnt a number of approaches which can help organisations to improve.

In working with organisations I can do:

Process Conultancy - general consultancy aimed at improving organisational performance - however measured.

Mediation - helping to resolve conflicts.

360 degree Feedback - facilitating all round feedback to help individuals and organisations to improve.
